Your goal should be clear. What do you want to acomplish? Why? Who can help you? Where are you going to work? Which resources do you need?
When you have measurable goals, you can track your progress. How much? How many? How will you know that you achieved your goal?
Your goal needs to be realistic. How can you accomplish it? How realistic is the goal, based on financial factors? Who has the power to decide?
Your goal should matter to you. It also must be in harmony with your other goals. Does it seem worthwhile? Is this the right time?
