Keep your attention on the present moment and clear your thoughts by meditating for at least fifteen minutes a day. Praying is also a form of meditation.
2. Read good books
Try to find some authors you like, and read their books or articles until you understand their point of view about a topic that interest you.
3. Move your body
Run, walk, ride a bike, lift weights, swim, or play a group sport. Do anything that makes your blood run faster, and you will reap great benefits.
4. Take a class
Find a talent or skill you want to develop, or a field that you are curious about - and dive deep into it. Your life will be enriched in many ways.
5. Sleep better
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, relaxing and dark. Going to bed early and getting up early will give you more energy during the day.
